340 Sunrise Highway, LLC purchased the 6,900 s/f corner property at 340 Sunrise Hwy., who, in turn, leased the site to Bonefish Grill. The old theater, constructed in 1969, is to be razed and replaced by a new building of 5,400 s/f with a patio. Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre and Greg Batista, a Sabre director, arranged the sale as well as the lease to Bonefish Grill.
The two are the exclusive real estate agents for Bonefish Grill.
On Long Island, Bonefish is seeking sites of 5,000-6,000 s/f and currently operates six units in New York, including restaurants in Yonkers and Staten Island.
