Island Associates has brokered three leases at 490 Wheeler Rd. totaling 7,076 s/f: * Island Associates and Colliers International LI (Steve D'Orazio) have arranged a 2,000 s/f long-term office lease to Northridge Solutions. * Island Associates and Colliers International LI (D'Orazio) also completed a lease agreement for 2,585 s/f of office space to a financial services firm. * Island Associates negotiated a 2,491 s/f lease with Paul Schneider from NAI Long Island for National Employee Assistance Providers.
