Commercial Realty Services of Long Island leases a total of 44,500 s/f

Commercial Realty Services of Long Island has brokered two leases totaling 44,500 s/f. Jack Britvan, SIOR, president of Commercial Realty Services, acted as broker for Eisbrit, which renewed their lease for 4,500 s/f at 7600 Jericho Tpke. Britvan had moved Eisbrit into the building 25 years ago and has acted as their broker in four renewals. Skyzone leased 40,000 s/f in industrial space for 10 years at Jerry Wolkoff's Heartland Industrial Park, Edgewood. Michael Ruggiero, senior managing director of Commercial Realty Services, represented Skyzone. Jerry Wolkoff, the landlord, represented himself.
