Shiseido Americas Corp. renews 35,000 s/f lease

Shiseido Americas Corp., the U.S. subsidiary of Japan's largest cosmetics company, has renewed its lease on its 35,000 s/f U.S. headquarters at 900 Third Ave. Senior managing director John Mambrino and managing director Nicholas Farmakis of international commercial real estate services firm Studley represented Shiseido in the transaction. Shiseido is a long-term tenant at 900 Third Ave., according to Mambrino, who added that the location and the facility continue to work well for Shiseido's operation. "The landlord worked with us to satisfy Shiseido's needs and requirements to make the long-term renewal possible." The landlord, Paramount Group, Inc., was represented in-house by James VanderVliet.
