Brooklyn, NY Michael Sherman, founder of Baseline Real Estate Advisors has completed the sale of 200, 202 and 204 Calyer St. The properties sold as a 3 building package and the purchase price was $5.1 million. The properties contained 15 units. This was the first sale of the properties in over 50 years.
The sale price equates to $340,000 per unit and $454 per s/f. Sherman represented the purchaser, while the seller was represented by Michael Zaccaria of Triple Mint.
