Sheldrick of The Largo Group of Companies arranges $696,000 permanent mortgage

Brian Sheldrick, managing director for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged a permanent mortgage in the amount of $696,000 for four 8 unit apartment buildings. The properties are situated in an urban setting with access to Interstate 787. The New York State Capitol and New York State Supreme Court are located less than a half mile west of all four properties. The apartments feature 32 units (5-studios, 19-one bedrooms, 7-two bedrooms, and 1-three bedrooms) and are currently 100% occupied. The subject features wood floors, new windows, and coin operated laundry. Sheldrick secured a 5 year fixed rate loan with a 25 year amortization schedule.
