Instability in vast oil regions such as middle east and the gulf. What are your resolutions for 2013? : No resolutions, need to keep working hard and harder, as that is the only way to achieve excellence. It is not getting easier, but it is getting to be much more fun to be involved in the most interesting market in the world NYC.
