Shake Shack leases 2,727 s/f at 82-11 37th

Queens, NY Shake Shack is expanding to the Jackson Heights. The 2,727 s/f Shack will be located at 82-11 37th Ave. This will be Shake Shack’s 51st location in New York and the fourth company-owned location in the borough.

Benjamin Weiner and Christopher Walther of RIPCO Real Estate and Kostas Koutsothanasis of RockFarmer Properties represented the landlord, RockFarmer Props.  Roberto Rhett of GoodSpace NYC represented the tenant.

Shake Shack signed a long-term lease for the new space.

Shake Shack, a New York City founded eatery, is famous for serving elevated versions of American classics using only the best ingredients. It is known for its delicious made-to-order Angus beef burgers, crispy chicken, hand-spun milkshakes, house-made lemonades, beer, wine, and more. With its high-quality food at a great value, warm hospitality, and a commitment to crafting uplifting experiences, Shake Shack quickly became a cult-brand with widespread appeal. 

Shake Shack’s food is always made-to-order, and the Jackson Heights Shack will continue to serve up all the classics, including the Shack Burger, crinkle-cut fries, hand-spun shakes and the new Veggie Shack and Non-Dairy Shake and Frozen Custard offerings. The Shack’s new location will offer guests an indoor dining experience along Jackson Heights’ prime retail corridor, which is in close proximity to Elmhurst Hospital.
