One Battery Park Plaza has achieved the WELL Health-Safety Rating, is WiredScore Platinum certified and utilizes Nantum, one of the world’s most advanced building operating system. Kevin Daly, vice president at Rudin Management Company, represented building ownership in the transaction. SFA Agency was represented by Scott Vinett, Executive Vice President at JLL.

“SFA Agency continues to grow, and it seized the opportunity to relocate to a highly desirable downtown property with quality ownership such as Rudin that will enhance the workplace experience for their employees and clients,” said Vinett.
