Series signs 12,000 s/f lease at The Feil Orgs.’ 520 West 25th St.

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization signed a 12,000 s/f, five-year lease across the entire fourth floor at 520 West 25th St. with Series, a new AI social network platform.

Series, co-founded by Nathaneo Johnson and Sean Hargrow, offers a novel approach to digital connection. Through an AI-powered agent known as an “AI friend,” users can request support for projects or initiatives, such as business planning or app development. The platform intelligently connects individuals with others in the network who possess the expertise to assist, fostering meaningful and effective collaboration.

“Series represents exactly the kind of innovative, fast-growing company that thrives in the office environments we’ve created,” said Andrew Wiener, head of Commercial Leasing for The Feil Organization. “520 West 25th St. offers the modern design, natural light and flexibility that align perfectly with their creative and tech-driven culture. We’re thrilled to welcome them to the building and to support their continued growth.”

“When looking for a space to continue our growth, we were immediately impressed by the quality of 520 West 25th St.,” said Nathaneo Johnson, founder and CEO of Series. “The high-end finishes, oversized windows and communal rooftop — along with the ability to move in quickly — aligned perfectly with our goals. The Feil Organization’s responsiveness and partnership made the process straightforward and efficient.”

Built in 1989 and redeveloped in 2022, 520–530 West 25th St. is a 70,000 s/f commercial and residential property in West Chelsea. The building features hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and windows across seven floors, along with renovated lobbies and upgraded amenities. Surrounded by art galleries and near The High Line and Hudson Yards, 520–530 West 25th St. blends industrial character with contemporary design, offering opportunities for private entrances and outdoor terraces that make it one of Chelsea’s premier creative destinations.

Feil was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, Robert Fisher and Henry Korzec. Eric Siegel and Chery Anavian of LSL Advisors represented Series.
