Seidman, Hayum, Taub, Zlotnick, and Diamant of Meridian Capital Group negotiate $47.6 million in financing for multifamily properties

Meridian Capital Group, LLC announced the following transactions totaling $47.6 million: * Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $3 million on two multifamily buildings totaling 63 units located on West 113th St. and Manhattan Ave. The loan features a rate of 2.75% and a 10-year term. Shamir Seidman negotiated this transaction. * A new mortgage of $31.125 million was placed by Meridian on three multifamily buildings totaling 346 units located on Fulton Avenue in Hempstead. The loan features a rate of 3.09% and a seven-year term. David Hayum negotiated this transaction. * Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $4 million on a 35-unit, four-story multifamily building on 58th Street in Woodside. The loan features a rate of 2.9% and a 10-year term. Joe Taub negotiated this transaction. * A new mortgage of $3.6 million was placed by Meridian on two multifamily buildings totaling 68 units located on 43rd Street and Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn, NY. The loan features a rate of 3% and a 10-year term. David Zlotnick negotiated this transaction. * Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount $3.1 million on a 34-unit, five-story multifamily building on Convent Avenue in New York City. The loan features a rate of 3% and a 10-year term. Shamir Seidman negotiated this transaction. * A new mortgage of $2.8 million was placed by Meridian on a 48-unit, six-story multifamily building on East 19th Street in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.2% and a 10-year term. Morris Diamant negotiated this transaction.
