Muessel, Lee, and Esses secure 5,000 s/f office sale
The CPEX New York office investment sales team announce the sale of a second floor co-operative office space located at 142 Joralemon Street. Situated between Sidney Place and Clinton Street, the second floor of the 13-story office building consists of 12 individual offices, a conference room, and other miscellaneous office space totaling 5,000 s/f. Located near the U.S. District Court and Brooklyn Law School, as well as neighboring tenants Starbucks and FedEx, the property was delivered triple-net leased.
CPEX's office sales team, consisting of managing director David Muessel, associate director Yok Lee and associate Jacques Esses, represented the seller in this transaction and procured the purchaser, a private investor.
