CPEX's office sales team, consisting of managing director David Muessel, associate director Yok Lee and associate Jacques Esses, represented the seller in this transaction and procured the purchaser, a private investor. "This transaction represents a further indication of the strength of the burgeoning Downtown Brooklyn marketplace," stated Muessel. "Both seller and purchaser, who will continue operating a law firm in the space, view the future of the downtown Brooklyn marketplace as the center of commerce for Kings County. Both see their presence in Downtown Brooklyn as important components of their respective long term strategies."
