Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap has arranged  the sale of 119-123 Kent Ave., three contiguous mixed-use buildings in the Williamsburg neighborhood. The properties sold for $22.35 million, which equates to $1,441 per s/f. Nat Rockett and Steven Dweck of Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office represented the buyer, the Shariati family, who were in a 1031 exchange from the sale of a building in Manhattan, 85 Chambers St. The sellers are Cheskie Weisz of CW Realty, Joyland Group and Meral Property Group.
