Levin Management Corp. (LMC) is exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 221,000 s/f Long Island shopping center. LMC Leasing Representative E.J. Plainview, NY Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of restaurant space at 1056 Old Country Rd. to Japan Express. Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty represented the landlord in a 10-year lease for 1,450 s/f in the Morton Village Shopping Center. Japan Express offers Japanese cuisine for dine-in and take out. The building is now 100% leased.”
