Kalikow Group hires Cohen

Westbury, NY The Kalikow Group, a fourth-generation, New York-based development and management company, has hired David Cohen as account executive.

Cohen was previously senior property manager for Townhouse Management Co. in New York City, where he managed a portfolio of free market rent stabilized, cooperative and condominium, multifamily residential properties throughout NYC over the last 15 years. Before that he was director of safety at Construction and Realty Services Group in Lynbrook, N.Y. He is a graduate of Baruch College.

“David’s reputation as a hands-on property manager and team leader is just what we needed to serve our clients and their tenants across the region,” said Ed Kalikow, president of Kalikow Group. “Meeting and exceeding the expectations of the people we serve has come to exemplify the Kalikow brand.
