ground on 8,260 s/f Hope Hall School renovation/expansion
Rochester, NY Hope Hall School broke ground last month on a major expansion and renovation of its building, part of which is over 80 years old. The project will double the size of the school’s Woodworking Center and Music Room, add an Inventory Management Center, create a brand new Science Lab, more than doubling the current lab, create a new Social Emotional Learning Classroom, and fund other critical repairs and renovations.

Lincoln Equities Group to build 220,000 s/f speculative warehouse
Valley Cottage, NY Lincoln Equities Group (LEG) broke ground on a 220,000 s/f speculative warehouse at 625 Corporate Pl. in Rockland County. Situated on a 23-acres site in Executive Park on Rte. 303 and set for completion in Q3 2023, it will be the first modern logistics facility constructed in the county since 2009.
Elevate Research Props. commences Iron Horse Labs project - 200,000 s/f
Manhattan, NY Elevate Research Properties, the life science subsidiary of Taconic Partners, has revealed plans for its latest project: Iron Horse Labs, a 200,000 s/f class A research lab on the Upper East Side. Iron Horse Labs will be a new lab space named after and located at the birth site of legendary baseball player, Lou Gehrig, who passed away from ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) in 1941.
