Cauldwell Wingate renovates 100,000 s/f office

White Plains, NY Cauldwell Wingate has completed an office renovation at the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. building at One North Lexington Ave. The construction fit-out included three full floors amounting to 100,000 s/f.

JRM completes 700,000 s/f interior fitout for GroupM headquarters; Project team includes HOK and Lilker Associates Consulting Engineers

Manhattan, NY  JRM Construction Management has completed the interior fit out for GroupM’s North American Headquarters at 3 World Trade Center, 175 Greenwich St., one of the largest leased co-location spaces in NYC. GroupM is an advertising media company by billings with 32,000 employees and 400 offices in more than 100 countries.

SLAM designs $60 million, 105,000 s/f Binghamton University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences

Johnson City, NY The S/L/A/M Collaborative (SLAM)has completed the programming, planning, and design for the new $60 million, 105,000-s/f School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Binghamton University, State University of New York (SUNY), located on the 11-acre Health Science Campus being developed less than three miles from the main campus. In addition to full architectural services, SLAM provided interior design, structural engineering and landscape architecture services.

Total Orthopedics and Sport Medicine opens $3 million, 20,000 s/f facility designed by Victor Famulari Architect

Syosset, NY Total Orthopedics and Sports Medicine has opened the group’s new $3 million facility.   Medical appointments and a walk-in clinic that provides orthopedic-specific urgent care, Total Ortho Express,  are among the services available at the 115 Eileen Way location, a 20,000 s/f, detached one-story building. Victor Famulari Architect, P.C. was the architect for the interior of the facility.  The Capo Group (owner) is a full-service real estate development firm.  They were the prime contractor on the project.

Pace University completes $45 million phase 1 project; Designed by FXCollaborative; Transformed 55,000 s/f at One Pace Plaza and 41 Park Row

Manhattan, NY Pace University has opened the newly transformed spaces in its downtown campus structure, One Pace Plaza, and the adjacent historic building, 41 Park Row, the original home of the New York Times, in a ribbon cutting ceremony on January 28th. This ribbon cutting signifies the completion of $45 million phase 1 of the $190 million project. FXFOWLE was the project architect.

MBI constructs and renovates Mount Sinai’s Guggenheim Pavilion; Four-month project consisted of patient care spaces

Manhattan, NY MBI Group, a NYC-based construction firm specializing in interior and healthcare fit-outs, was retained as part of a competitive bid process to construct and renovate patient care spaces at The Mount Sinai Hospital’s Guggenheim Pavilion, located at 1190 Fifth Ave. on the Upper East Side.
