What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? I led an advisory project for a beloved London-based operator entering New York City, an opportunity to bring our home market to life for those who don’t live and breathe it daily.

What trend or change in commercial real estate do you believe will have the biggest impact over the next five years? I expect AI’s expanding role to have the largest impact on CRE over the next 5 years, particularly infrastructure to support power, data, and workplace performance.
What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? An industrial building that had been empty for years and now we have most spaces full. We were able to find unconventional tenants and the owner was willing to do the buildout. He is happy with the outcome and it has been rewarding to see.
What leadership lesson has made the greatest impact on your career? A mentor once told me, “Your reputation is built in the deals nobody sees you working on.” That stuck with me.
What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? I had the honor to assist The Arc of Rensselaer County to implement a strategic plan for consolidation of their program and administrative services.
