The charity event benefitted two organizations: SHAREing & CAREing, and GiGi’s Playhouse NYC. Manhattan, NY The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) released its latest Multi-Family Foundation Plan Application Report, providing an analysis of residential foundation filings submitted to the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) through August 2023. Foundation filings are a good indicator of new units entering development as foundation work is among the first types of work for a construction project and an application for a foundation permit therefore indicates a project is likely to begin construction.

Queens, NY TF Cornerstone (TFC) and Culture Lab LIC hosted a grand reveal at the Hunter’s Point South waterfront of the new sculpture garden, situated between 5203 and 5241 Center Blvd. The three sculptures were created by New York artists Kenny Greenberg, Paul Maus and Erwin List Sanchez, who were selected through a 2022 open call for public outdoor sculptures.
