Queens, NY Chip Entwistle of ACC Space Inc. negotiated four leases totaling 20,200 s/f.

Metro Dermatalogy leased 5,000 s/f at Glen Oaks Shopping Center, 257-07 Union Tpke., Glen Oaks. Randy Briskin of The Feil Organization represented landlord.

Yellowbus ABA Therapy Services leased 4,400 s/f at 241-02 Northern Blvd., Douglaston. Roy Chipkin of CBRE represented the landlord, Bruglio Consulting.
