Schwartz of Zetlin & De Chiara delivers Women's Builder Council seminar

Zetlin & De Chiara partner Lori Schwarz recently delivered a seminar on "The Power of The Lien Law," outlining the specific requirements of the New York Lien Law to an array of attendees from the Women Builders Council. The seminar included information on precisely who can file a lien and when, as well as what is lienable and more. She then fielded questions from construction companies like Bradley Construction, owned by Deborah Bradley.
