Schuster, Alani and Gelber of RKF represent landlord in 2,345 s/f lease

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) has completed a lease with Capezio at 201 Amsterdam Ave., also known as Nevada Towers, on the Upper West Side. The dancewear retailer will occupy 2,345 s/f on the northeast corner of 69th St. RKF senior VP Ariel Schuster and directors David Alani and Richard Gelber represented the landlord, Nevada Tower Associates. Capezio was represented by Barry Sanet and Paul Torres of Sierra Realty.
