Savills LLC and Silverpeak Real Estate Partners launch Savills Liberty Street Asset Management

Savills U.S., the American subsidiary of one of the world's largest real estate services organizations, and Silverpeak Real Estate Partners, an investment advisory business presently managing commercial real estate assets valued in excess of $15 billion, have joined forces to create Savills Liberty Street Asset Management, an asset management company that will serve a global client base of investors with commercial real estate assets located throughout North America. Combining Savills' global reach and Silverpeak's proven asset management capabilities, the joint venture will deliver world-class, comprehensive third-party asset and portfolio management services to owners of equity and debt investments across a wide range of property types including existing assets, development projects and entity-level investments. Among a comprehensive scope of asset management-related services, Savills Liberty Street Asset Management will provide clients with long-term planning advice and counsel as well as daily oversight and execution of their investment strategies. The joint venture will also deliver comprehensive reporting and administrative services and logistical support.
