Axelrod joins Modern Spaces Marketing Group

LONG ISLAND CITY, NY According to Modern Spaces, real estate developer Craig Axelrod has joined the company. Axelrod will serve as executive vice president of project marketing for the company's new division Modern Spaces Marketing Group. "Modern Spaces is a solid community-based company and provides an ideal environment for professional growth and innovation. It's exciting to be working not only as a developer but also as an asset to the sales and marketing efforts of this team, " said Axelrod. "Being a developer in the community, I had always admired the way Modern Spaces has conducted business and was ready to join their team," he adds. Craig Axelrod earned a degree in Business from Bentley College and a post graduate degree in Construction from New York University. He comes to Modern Spaces with over 15 years of real estate development experience. Craig is a developer and partner of Emmy Homes and Vantage Partners where he has developed numerous projects in Long Island City such as a 44-27 Purves Street and 10-50 Jackson Ave. He is currently developing a 48-unit condominium at 44-15 Purves St. and a 120-unit rental building in Queens Plaza.
