Savanna signs two new tenants to 100 Wall St. totaling 9,345 s/f

Savanna, a real estate private equity firm, is pleased to announce the following new leases at 100 Wall St.: * SQN will occupy 7,293 s/f on a portion of the 28th floor of 100 Wall St. for a ten year term. SQN is an independent asset manager of alternative investment funds offered to individuals and institutional investors. Founded in 2007, SQN currently provides investment advisory and management services to three private offerings and two public direct participation programs. Mitchell Konsker, Scott Cahaly and Kyle Young of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Savanna, while Rob Wizenberg of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. * DMG Investments LLC leased 2,052 s/f at 100 Wall St. on a portion of the 18th floor for a ten year term. DMG Investments is a sub-entity of Chinese real estate developer, DoThink Holding Group. As DoThink's US-based arm, DMG Investments seeks to acquire high-end properties for development throughout the United States, with a focus on the prime East Coast and West Coast markets, as well as key locations in the Midwest. Konsker, Cahaly and Young of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Savanna, while Stacey Gim of PD Properties represented the tenant.
