Savanna arranges multiple leases at 80 Broad Street totaling 15,910 s/f

Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity firm, arranged the following new leases at 80 Broad Street. * Young Survival Coalition, a nonprofit organization, has signed a new lease at 80 Broad Street, occupying approximately 5,720 rentable s/f on a portion of the 17th floor for an 11-year term. Young Survival Coalition is a leading global organization dedicated to the critical issues facing young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. Andrew Stein of Vicus Partners represented the tenant in this transaction. * K3 Learning, Inc., a private education organization, has signed a new lease at 80 Broad Street, occupying 4,060 rentable s/f on a portion of the 17th floor for a 7-year term. K3 Learning is a subsidiary of MetSchools, Inc., a network of private schools founded to provide children the greatest breadth of academic and social diversity. Howard Kessler and Adam Landa of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in this transaction. * The Fulcrum Group, a full-service energy, facility and construction service company, has signed a new lease at 80 Broad Street, occupying 3,900 rentable s/f on a portion of the 16th floor for a 7-year term. The Fulcrum Group offers a range of services including project management, the implementation of energy savings and building commissioning. Phil Kanfer of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in this transaction. * Occam Global, an executive recruitment firm, has also signed a new lease at 80 Broad Street, occupying 2,230 rentable s/f on a portion of the 7th floor for a 5-year term. Occam is a prominent leader of the executive search industry, employing a comprehensive method for the sourcing, selection and integration of executive leaders. Hugh McDonald of Hanley Advisors represented the tenant in this transaction.
