Manhattan, NY According to Cresa, brokers Kenneth Salzman, SIOR, MSRE, and Seth Rosen have joined the company from Lee & Associates NYC as a principal and vice president, respectively.

For more than 20 years, Salzman has been providing integrated real estate advisory services to major corporations, institutions, and not-for-profit organizations throughout the New York metropolitan area and North America. He is known for his creative transaction skills and blends analytical insight with innovative problem solving to deliver effective solutions that support his clients’ goals.
With a tenant focused approach, Salzman is a tenacious advocate for his clients. His collaborative negotiating style has enabled him to build and sustain strong relationships throughout his career with notable clients such as Adams Clinical Services, the American Heart Association, Aramex, Dime Bank, Guilford Specialty Group, Lemonade Insurance, Lutheran Social Services of New York, and Within, among others.
He is an active member in the real estate community, serving as the long-time treasurer and an executive committee member of the Union Square Partnership District Management Association (BID); treasurer of SIOR’s NYC and downstate chapter; and member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Rosen began his career in real estate following a successful stint in financial services. Now an 11-year veteran of the CRE industry, he has built a successful career providing tenant representation and strategic advisory services to his clients across a variety of sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Together, the duo has negotiated transactions on behalf of many notable organizations, including the New York School of the Arts’ 30,000 s/f lease at 315 East 62nd St.; Wildflower Charter School Network’s 25,000 s/f lease at 1332 Fulton Ave. in the Bronx; and Building Brilliance’s 15,000 s/f lease at 1-14 56th Ave. in Long Island City. In addition, Salzman and Rosen oversee multi-market portfolios on behalf of several clients and negotiated leases for Early Warning Services in New York, Chicago, and Washington, DC (totaling 85,000 s/f); PharmaLogic nationwide (100,000 s/f); and Ocado across North America (70,000 s/f).
