Forchelli Deegan Terrana partner appointed section delegate to the New York State Bar Association House of Delegates

Uniondale, NY Cheryl Katz, a partner in the trusts & estates practice group at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP was appointed as a trusts and estates section delegate to the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) House of Delegates.

The NYSBA House of Delegates is the primary governing and policymaking body of the association. It functions as the board of trustees, managing NYSBA’s business affairs, setting legislative priorities, and deciding official positions on public policy and the legal profession.

 Katz earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her B.A. from Stony Brook University.
