Sally Beauty leases 1,970 s/f at Post Road Plaza; Korris of levin welcomes tenant

PELHAM MANOR, NY Sally Beauty Supply is now open at Post Road Plaza, according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 267,000 s/f shopping center. The international beauty supply retailer occupies 1,970 s/f at this key Westchester County retail destination. “We are thrilled to welcome another exceptional tenant to Post Road Plaza,” said Levin’s leasing representative Jordan Korris. “Sally Beauty Supply has earned a loyal following both with consumers and salon professionals, and is a wonderful complement to our evolving tenant mix. Dining/entertainment chain Dave & Buster’s recently celebrated its grand opening, soon to be joined by Panera Bread and eyewear retailer Visionworks. Anchored by a 75,000 s/f Fairway Market, the center’s retailer lineup also includes HomeGoods, Modell’s, Marshalls Shoes, Dress Barn, Lane Bryant, Citibank, Hallmark, Smashburger and GNC. Located directly at the junction of U.S. 1, Pelham Parkway and the Hutchinson River Pkwy., Post Road Plaza serves a growing residential population of nearly 411,500 people within a three-mile radius and nearly 1.2 million people within five miles of the property. The three-mile trade area offers an average household income of $72,000. Additionally, more than 82,000 vehicles pass the property per day on the Hutchinson River Pkwy./Boston Post Rd.
