Sabre Real Estate Group secures three leases-9,750 s/f

According to Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, a retail brokerage firm, has arranged three retail leases on Long Island totaling 9,750 s/f. * Bolton's, a women's apparel store, leased 2,500 s/f in the Mayfair Shopping Center. Beth Lamport, executive vice president of Sabre, and Douglas Bomzer, a senior associate at Sabre, arranged the deal. Jake Frantzman represented Levin Management Corp., which owns the shopping center, in-house. * In Carle Place, piano retailer Frank & Camille's East. Leased 6,000 s/f for a showroom at the Shops at Carle Place shopping center, 229 Glen Cove Rd., for a showroom. Stu Fagen, managing director of Sabre, arranged the new lease with Peegee Industries LLC and Carnor Properties, LLL. * In Carle Place, Cups, a frozen yogurt chain leased a 1,250 s/f store, in the Country Glen Shopping Center, 141 Old Country Rd. Russel Helbling, a senior associate of Sabre, arranged the Carle Place lease with Murray M. Miller Management. Founded by Kenneth Breslin and Jayson Siano, experienced retail real estate professionals, Sabre Real Estate Group is a full-service retail real estate brokerage company focused on tenant and owner representation. Sabre also offers retail, restaurant and franchise consultation services, investment sales and property management.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
