Leased 6,000 s/f for a showroom at the Shops at Carle Place shopping center, 229 Glen Cove Rd., for a showroom. Stu Fagen, managing director of Sabre, arranged the new lease with Peegee Industries LLC and Carnor Properties, LLL. * In Carle Place, Cups, a frozen yogurt chain leased a 1,250 s/f store, in the Country Glen Shopping Center, 141 Old Country Rd.
