Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the New York metropolitan area's newest retail brokerage firm, has arranged a lease in the Willow Woods Shops for Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union.
The 4,000 s/f branch, which opened in early March at 1157 Wantagh Ave., is NEFCU's 10th branch.
Anthony Russo, a vice president of Sabre, arranged the lease with Willow Wood Associates LP, an affiliate of Breslin Realty Development Corp.
Founded by Kenneth Breslin and Jayson Siano, experienced retail real estate professionals, Sabre Real Estate Group is a full-service retail real estate brokerage company focused on tenant and owner representation.
