Sabre Real Estate Group arranges 38,899 s/f lease for UFC Gym; Lamport and bomzer represented the landlord

NEW HYDE PARK, NY Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the metropolitan region's newest retail brokerage, has arranged a lease for the first East Coast location of UFC Gym. The new fitness club will locate at 2020 Jericho Tpke., a 38,899 s/f, freestanding building at the corner of Nassau Terminal Rd. that formerly housed a King Kullen supermarket. The new gym is scheduled to open in April. Beth Lamport, an executive vice president of Sabre, and Doug Bomzer, a senior associate, represented the landlord, King Kullen. UFC Gym was represented by RKF.
