Having spent thirty plus years in construction, property management and now real estate brokerage I am pleased to be a part of the commercial real estate industry. Arldon has covered Long Island and now we have joined forces with a New York City owner developer that has an in house brokerage division that handles 2.5 million s/f of their own space. We will be sending them Islanders looking for New York space and they will refer New York people seeking a long Island location. Our next step is to develop a over seas connection.
