NAI Long Island leases 12,000 s/f to Buffalo Wild Wings in Westbury

NAI Long Island has leased 12,000 s/f to Four M Food Service/DBA/Buffalo Wild Wings at 737 Merrick Ave. Buffalo Wild Wings is slated to have its grand opening this month. Principal, Al Centrella and director, Dennis McCoy of NAI Long Island represented the landlord, PSS Realty Associates, LLC. Howard Lavitt of Lavitt Realty Corp. and Michael Vitale of Brown Harris Stevens represented the tenant, Four M Food Service of Westbury, LLC.
