Ruskin Moscou Faltischek appoints Green as chief marketing and business development officer

Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., has appointed Karen Green as the firm's chief marketing and business development officer, effective April 23. Prior to the RMF appointment, Green, a seasoned government relations professional, joined the firm's government relations arm, Empire Government Strategies, in March as their field director and will concurrently serve in that role. A resident of Woodmere, Green most recently served as publisher and editor-in-chief of the Jewish Star newspaper, a weekly publication that serves the communities of Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens. She has served in many capacities in her public sector career including, director of local intergovernmental relations for Nassau County, director of district operations for New York State senator Craig Johnson, special assistant for NYC Department of Education and senior budget analyst for the New York City Office of Management and Budget. In the private sector she was an economic analyst for Met Life and an international commodities assistant for Shearson. Additionally, she serves as a committee member for Friends of Israel Defense Force-Five Towns/South Shore chapter and is a member of the Nassau County CERT, certified emergency response team. Green and her family reside in Woodmere.
