Delisle of Island Associates brokers $4.15 million land parcel sale; represented the sellers and purchaser of the 1.75-acre property

Island Associates represented sellers of three land parcels located at (Main & Main) northeast corner of Wellwood Ave. and Montauk Hwy. The subject property consists of the former Surfside Boat Dealership with an adjoining multifamily home and office building with multiple tenants. Roger Delisle of Island Associates represented both the sellers and purchaser. This transaction consisted of a rezoning and variances for a one-story 13,000 s/f dry good retail store with a drive thru. The developer endured the dilatory process of approvals entailing over 18-month entitlement period. The developer purchased the 1.75-acre parcel for $4.15 million.
