Roth of Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. signs BonBon to lease at 9 Washington St. in the Hamptons

South Hampton, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. negotiated a new long-term lease with Swedish candy company BonBon at 9 Washington St., just off Main St. with 14 ft. of frontage on Washington St., in the village of Sag Harbor.

Founded in 2017 by three Swedish friends, Selim Adira, Robert Persson, and Leonard Schaltz, BonBon has revolutionized candy culture with their authentic candies and delicacies. This shop marks BonBon’s first location in the Hamptons.

The space was designed in collaboration with Studio MOB. Joshua Roth, senior vice president of retail, handled the deal for Manhattan Skyline. The tenant was represented by Aryeh Vilinsky of BH Realty.

“We’re thrilled to accommodate BonBon’s first location out East just in time to help kick off the summer season,” said Joshua Roth, senior vice president of retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. “Bobby, Leo and Selim have cultivated quite the following for their Scandinavian sweet treats, and we are excited to be a part of their continued expansion.”

BonBon imports 100% of its exquisite confections, including hundreds of pick-and-mix candies and BonBon Originals creations. With five retail locations in New York City and Brooklyn, and a growing e-commerce business shipping nationwide, BonBon is dedicated to sharing the joy of Swedish sweets with candy lovers everywhere.

“We can’t wait to open BonBon in Sag Harbor,” said Selim Adira, co-founder at BonBon. “This new location allows us to serve our candy loyalists and reach new customers. BonBon truly has something for everyone.”

Sag Harbor remains one of the most picturesque locations in the Hamptons, with its original historic architecture, its proximity to the Peconic Bay and beaches. BonBon will join such beloved shops, eateries and hospitality venues as Obligato, Wildside, Leallo, Ethel + Row, Comerford Collection, Goldberg’s Famous Bagels, Provisions, Sag Harbor Books, TWP, Grindstone Coffee and Goop.
