Roth of Manhattan Skyline Management brokers two leases totaling 1,835 s/f

According to Joshua Roth, VP of retail leasing at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., the company has signed leases at two retail locations totataling 1,835 s/f. Nancy & Co. and East Hampton Wireless located at 62 The Circle and 106 Park Place, respectively, are both locally owned retailers. There were no outside brokers involved in either transaction. Nancy & Co. will be relocating its store to a 1,010 s/f, ground-floor space at 62 The Circle. East Hampton Wireless, an authorized AT&T retailer, has leased 825 s/f on the ground-floor of 106 Park Place. "It was our goal to attract 'mom and pop' retailers to these spaces when we began leasing efforts and we were successfully able to target them directly through local advertising," said Roth. "Part of East Hampton's allure is its small town feel and charm. We wanted retailers that would enhance the local vibe and fit seamlessly with the existing tenants in the community." Manhattan Skyline has additional availabilities perfectly suited for "mom and pop" retailers located in the center of picturesque East Hampton at 59 and 61 The Circle. A third store is available in a prime location at 38 Main St. "Retail along East Hampton's Main Street is very successful and therefore space is highly sought-after," said Roth. "These stores are ideal for high-end retailers looking for excellent visibility and foot traffic in the Hampton's best retail destination. We are confident these availabilities will attract additional great tenants."

Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
