Rotante of Colliers International secures 17,000 s/f sublease on behalf of Orange Business Services

Colliers International has arranged a 17,000 s/f sublease on behalf of Orange Business Services, taking up the entire 11th floor of 10 East 40th Street. The sublandlord, Blackboard Collaborate, Inc., will be vacating the space, with Orange Business Services relocating there from its current location at 2 World Financial Center/Brookfield Place. Orange Business Services is a global IT and communications services provider that helps companies collaborate more effectively, operate more efficiently, and engage better with their customers. "As a communications service provider that caters to a variety of international markets, it was important for Orange Business Services to find space in Midtown," said Ted Rotante, an executive managing director with Colliers International, who represented the subtenant in this transaction. "This relocation will allow the company to provide its services to their clients from a more advantageous, central location." Steps from The New York Public Library and Bryant Park, 10 East 40th Street is a 48-story, 350,000 s/f office tower centrally located in Midtown Manhattan on 40th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues.
