Rose Associates named property manager of Sheffield

The Sheffield, in the Columbus Circle neighborhood, has sold 16 homes within its first six weeks back on the market. Rose Associates has been retained by the condo as the new property manager and is an investor in the sponsor entity. The Marketing Directors, Inc. has been retained as the exclusive sales and marketing agent.
