The Sheffield, in the Columbus Circle neighborhood, has sold 16 homes within its first six weeks back on the market. Rose Associates has been retained by the condo as the new property manager and is an investor in the sponsor entity. The Marketing Directors, Inc. has been retained as the exclusive sales and marketing agent. "The Sheffield has always been ahead of its time as far as lifestyle and amenities are concerned," said Jack Levy, senior managing director of asset management. Rose was the original developers, owners and managers of The Sheffield when it was constructed as a luxury rental property. "Rose Associates is excited to be back on The Sheffield team representing the condominium, which continues to set the bar for luxury living in Manhattan," he said. Designed by Cetra Ruddy, the residences include gourmet kitchens with Varenna custom Italian cabinetry topped with Calacatta gold marble and upper glass cabinets and fully integrated appliances including Subzero refrigerators, Miele dishwashers, Bosch cook top ovens, built-in microwaves and custom-designed light fixtures. Fresh Direct Preferred Delivery and temperature controlled storage, bicycle storage, a pet spa, and a beautifully landscaped garden visible from the lobby are included.
