Rose Associates hires Geitz as managing director

Lindsey Geitz

Manhatttan, NY Rose Associates, Inc., the New York-based multifamily real estate developer and manager, has appointed Lindsey Geitz to the position of managing director of multifamily.

Geitz is a skilled property manager with more than 25 years of multifamily experience. She has managed more than 35,000 units throughout the northeast working for a variety of private and institutional real estate firms. She is also a military veteran who served in the United States Army.

At Rose, Geitz will spearhead management activities related to the firm’s expansion into Westchester County and north to New York’s Capital Region. She will also oversee Rose’s new multifamily assignments in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.

Scott Marino, Rose Associates’ executive director of multifamily, said, “Lindsey is uniquely skilled in multifamily management and very well suited to oversee our expansion, especially considering her deep experience in residential across the northeast. I’m excited that she’s joining our team as we continue to secure assignments outside of the New York Metro Area.”
