What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2013?
In early 2013, I set out to find a buyer for Pasta Time Plaza in Bethpage. We collaborated with another firm who brought forth an investor who had the right financials and vision for my seller. Thanks to this trusted and long standing relationship we worked together and achieved a sale price of $2.75 million. Tags:
