Rombough and Zazzara of The Icon Cos. complete $3.1m sale; 231-235 Walton Street sold to Bruns of JF Real Estate
Two class A office buildings located at 231-235 Walton St. sold for $3.1 million. Both buildings, 14,462 s/f and 14,898 s/f, feature private on-site parking and are located in the heart of Armory Sq. The seller was represented by Tyler Rombough and Grazi Zazzara, with the Icon Companies. The buyer was Dylan Bruns of JF Real Estate.
