Rockrose Development opens second rental building at EastCoast

LONG ISLAND CITY, NY According to Rockrose Development Corp., 4705 Center Blvd., its second luxury rental building at EastCoast has opened. EastCoast will continue to offer renters high design, with amenity spaces by award-winning architecture and design firm The Rockwell Group, and an impressive amenity package, rivaling that of any luxury condominium. Designed by Arquitectonica, the 30-story glass and steel tower offers city, park and water views. The unique waterfront site informed the geometry of 4705 Center Blvd., designed to maximize views from every apartment. From traditional studios to two bedrooms (515 to 1,279 s/f), the 394 residences offer a variety of living options, many with outdoor space. EastCoast is to be developed in eight phases, with all buildings expected to be completed by 2012.
