Rockefeller Center locks in Escapology’s with 10-year lease
Manhattan, NY According to Tishman Speyer, Escapology, an escape room company, has signed a 10-year lease at Rockefeller Center, further expanding the center’s portfolio of entertainment offerings for visitors of all ages. In signing its lease, Escapology was represented by Jason Pruger and Jason Stein of Newmark. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Reed Zuckerman.
Escapology will offer ten distinct, next-generation escape rooms under 45 Rockefeller Plaza on Rockefeller Center’s Rink Level, inviting players to solve puzzles and complete missions before time runs out. With locations across the United States and internationally, Escapology is recognized for setting the standard in premium escape room experiences.
Located at 45 Rockefeller Plaza, Rink Level, the 7,270 s/f lease is targeted to open late spring 2026.
