Rochlin brings Executive Plaza to 97% occupancy

According to the Rochlin Org., Executive Plaza at 255 Executive Dr., a four-story, 88,000 s/f office building located on the South Service Rd. of the Long Island Expressway in is nearing full occupancy. "We have leased over 12,500 s/f bringing the property to 97% occupancy," said Marc Berkowitz of Rochlin. Executive Plaza, an office property, is owned and managed by The Holiday Org. The property is located off exit 46 of the Long Island Expressway with Expressway Exposure. The property is also convenient to Northern State Parkway, Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway and the Rte. 110 corridor in Melville. Several hotels as well as restaurants and shopping are nearby. 255 Executive Dr. offers abundant parking with an indoor garage, 24/7 key card access, an on-site Café, as well as on-site management and ownership. Berkowitz said, "In addition to a premiere location close to the Nassau-Suffolk border, Executive Plaza is ideal for small local firms seeking quality and value, along with professional ownership and property management." Two small suites remain available: 1,151 s/f on the fourth floor and 1,795 s/f on the first floor.
