Together with the IDA, we have helped create over 970 new housing opportunities in Nassau County. This project in the village of Roslyn will assist residents with new housing opportunities while eliminating community blight and generating millions in economic benefit for the community."
The village has approved the $11 million project, which is expected to create 40 full-time construction jobs and 44 new full-time permanent positions. It is anticipated that the project will inject $5.7 million into the county's economy and be completed by the spring of 2016.
