Racanelli Realty and Ashlind Properties co-broker 44,000 s/f lease

Racanelli Realty Services Inc. has closed on a five-year lease for Niatco Trucking & Delivery Corp., a licensed and bonded freight shipping and trucking company running a freight hauling business. Niatco will take occupancy of its new 44,000 s/f space located at 999 South Oyster Bay Rd. in the early spring. The property owner is Steel Equities. Anthony Racanelli, president of Racanelli Realty and Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties co-exclusively represented Niatco. Racanelli and Cohen partnered to deliver the ideal location for Niatco which offered the company superb loading facilities.
