Rochester Chapter of Construction Specifications Institute recognizes SWBR Architects, LECESSE Construction and CDS Monarch for work at CDS Monarch Senior Living facility

SWBR Architects, along with LECESSE Construction and CDS Monarch, was recently recognized by the Rochester Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) with an honorable mention Outstanding Project Award for its work on the newly opened CDS Monarch Senior Living facility in Webster, NY. The award is given for exceptional teamwork between owner, designer and constructor realized through the CSI's principles of how clear, well-prepared construction documents can positively influence the process, quality and successful outcome of a project. Residents moved into the new senior living facility in Webster on February 1. The new facility consists of 45 apartments, a community and recreation room, a fitness facility, laundry and storage facilities, and direct access to North Ponds Park. The team was recognized at the local CSI meeting and dinner. SWBR Architects is an award-winning architectural practice serving local and East Coast clients. With offices in Rochester and Syracuse, the firm specializes in education, housing, health, science and technology, corporate/industrial and municipal design. Sustainable design principles help guide the firm's practice, working to meet clients' expectations as they relate to design, quality and budget.
